Donat Kentang Vegan

Bahan: 150gr kentang(dikukus,dihaluskan), 500gr tepung terigu ,4sdm margarin, 5sdm gula halus,2sdm susu kedelai bubuk, 250cc air putih, 1bungkus fermipan
Cara memasak : Ayak tepung terigu dan gula,campur semua bahan. Aduk rata sampai kalis dan tidak lengket ditangan. Diamkan selama 30 menit sampai mengembang.Setelah mengembang digiling sampai ketebalan sekitar 3 cm, selama digiling jangan lupa taburi tepung terigu agar tidak lengket, setelah itu lalu dicetak di cetakan donat, kemudian digoreng, terakhir beri toping.
