Mengolah Proteina

Pertama direbus dulu, jika sudah empuk & mekar lalu ditiriskan. Setelah panasnya hilang, diperas bolak balik, agar rasa tepungnya hilang.
Kira-kira setelah diperas 3 kali, siap dimasak.
Siapkan
tepung maizena & tepung kanji, masing-masing 2 sdm,
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt bumbu kaldu jamur (banyak dijual di depot2 vegetarian)
1/2 sdt merica

Campur semua bumbu, guling2 kan protena di atasnya, lalu goreng kecoklatan.
Dimakan dengan saus atau sambal, protena goreng gurih ini pastinya bergizi dan gampang bikinnya.
